I have recently begun trading using prop firms. A prop firm is simply a capital firm that will utilize traders and fund them upon passing auditions. Auditions are demo accounts where a trader will verify they have the skill and risk management to trade using the firms funds. Depending on the firm accounts can begin at 10,000 all the way up to several million dollars.
